E-BOOK NOW AVAILABLE

Creating a
Neuro-affirming Routine

Many, many moons in the making, we are so excited to introduce our first e-book. This e-book/workbook was designed to help you create a neurodivergent friendly routine.

Developed over time, feedback and personal testing, we are SURE this book will help you create a gentle system for your life that feels both affirming and GOOD for you.

What is this space about?

Founded by Lisa Hicks (the one with purple hair), this space is working to revolutionize the way we approach supporting folks with ADHD and Neurodivergency. We know that there is no ONE fix, no ONE approach, no "one-size-fits-all" for the Neurodivergent experience.

We take a holistic approach, and provide experiences and offerings that will meet YOU where you are. Every session is uniquely designed to help you understand your brain and  better your connection and relationship to yourself.

We also want to make support ACCESSIBLE, so we offer a variety of price points.

In this space you will feel seen, heard and supported on your journey, no matter what that journey looks like for you.
