Lisa Hicks Hons. B. A Psychology

Owner. Specializing in ADHD and Neurodivergence

Lisa (AuDHD, she/her) is the owner of Lisa Hicks Coaching.

Lisa (AuDHD) has her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario and is a certified Spiritual Life Coach. She is a queer, quirky, neurodivergent, Mom of 2 and lives with her kids and husband of 10 years in Ontario.

Lisa started her Life Coaching business as a side hustle in 2019 and has since become her full time gig. Her mission is to provide gentle, thoughtful, neuroaffirmative care to Neurodivergent (aka Neurospicy) humans.

Ways to work with Lisa:

ONE-TO-ONE & GROUP COACHING: Lisa works with clients. (either 1:1 or in group sessions) to help understand their neurodivergence, unlearn old coping mechanisms, create and implement tools and strategies that make your neurodivergent life easier and more enjoyable. Through your time, clients also come to understand their thoughts, behaviours, limiting beliefs and destructive patterns. Her MISSION is create a world that works for you (instead of you working to fit into the world).

These sessions are also a safe space to talk about whatever is on your heart. Literally nothing is off limits in her sessions.

Diane Jenkins

Neuroaffirmative Goal & Accountability Coach

Meet Diane (ADHD, she/her). Diane sees possibility above all. Her goal is to support you in seeing possibility in yourself, and setting actionable goals to get you where you want to be. She’s a mother of two, living with ADHD and postpartum depression and anxiety. She is constantly seeking connection and community, and this with her background in goal coaching and supporting the growth of small businesses, it is clear her passion is is seeing those around her succeed and experience joy. She’s here for you to chat all things goals, career coaching and just how to make shit happen, for yourself.

Diane lives and breaths goal setting and uses her own practice in her life every day. She is a personal cheerleader, accountability partner and overall optimist you didn’t realize you needed.

Neurodivergent Support Coach 

Myron “Thinker Unscripted” (AuDHD, he/him) offers support coaching for folks looking to understand their neurodivergent brain and leverages enabling technology to create gentle systems to help enhance their home, work and personal lives.

Diana Tiessen

Neuroaffirming Therapist (B.Sc., B.Ed., OTC, MACP)

Diana (she/her, ADHD, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ Ally) is a Neuroaffirming Therapist and a  thriver from different forms of abuse. Diana has worn many many “hats” throughout her 65+ trips around the sun. After teaching for 30+ years, she went back to university at 60 to become a psychotherapist. and now has a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology.


  • Adolescents with ADHD, and their parents in educating the family to gain a better understanding of ADHD, and co-constructing effective strategies to help individuals live their best life for them.

  • Individuals struggling with substance abuse, and helping the people who love them.

  • Giving support to individuals dealing with gender identity

  • Giving support to individuals wrestling with stress, anxiety and depression.

  • Survivors of abuse
