Aftyn Mbarki

Neurodivergent Empowerment & Support Coach

Professional Counselling Student

Hypnosis Practitioner

I’m Aftyn (Af-Tin) (ADHD, she/her). My goal is to support you in achieving the dreams and life you want to live. I do this by helping you to realize your own power within you. Maybe your light has been dimmed by various circumstances and things are a bit cloudy for you. I can help you to shove those dark clouds away and help you to see the light that’s waiting to shine again!

I bring with me years of experience raising neurodivergent children (5 sons, 2 sets of twins  All ADHD & 3-AuDHD) and medically complex children. I’m constantly looking for ways to guide my children and to adapt our surroundings to work for our brains and not what we “should” do!

I am a Certified Life Coach and member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). I am working toward my ICF accreditation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). I uphold the ICF Codes of Ethics and provide a safe, trusting, caring environment for my clients.

I am also a registered Professional Counselling Student through Rhodes Wellness College based out of Vancouver B.C in Canada. I am passionate about learning new skills that will allow me to better help my clients and my family!

I’m currently also wrapping up a practicum in Hypnotherapy and will be a Certified Hypnosis Practitioner through the International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotherapists (ICBCH).  My reasoning behind entering the field of Hypnosis was to help my medically complex child through some of his anxiety around medical procedures and the trauma he has endured. I have found hypnotherapy to be beneficial in many circumstances.  If you have specific Hypnosis questions, please don’t hesitate to send me an email or book a discovery call!

Kaylie Schmidt

Neurodivergent Parent Support Coach (R.N, BSN, PHN)

Kaylie is a mama to 3 neurospicy little humans who are the light of her life. After years of working as a NICU and triage nurse, Kaylie realized that her greatest calling is at home. Through the journey of understanding her children’s neurotypes, Kaylie came to understand her own Neurodivergence. Kaylie has a great love for learning, which became the catalyst for years of research on all things neurospicy. Her greatest passion lies in helping children feel comfortable in their own skin and understanding what makes them tick. Her methodology will always be that kids always WANT to do well when they are able to.

Kaylie loves coming alongside parents to empower them to understand their children on a deeper level. Her philosophy is that we can guide our Autistic children to a more peaceful and comfortable experience by listening to the lived experience of Autistic adults. Her goal is for no family to feel alone in the journey of understanding what goes on in our beautiful, complex, and fascinating little humans’ brains.
