Cancellation Policy

Welcome to this space. By engaging with my coaching services, whether online or in person, or participating in our community, you agree to these guidelines designed to ensure respect, safety, and accessibility. Respect and inclusivity are essential. All backgrounds and identities are welcome. Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated. Confidentiality and privacy matter. What is shared in coaching or community spaces stays within those spaces. Do not share others' personal experiences or private information without consent. Consent and boundaries must be honored. Seek consent before offering advice or engaging in personal conversations. Respect both personal and collective boundaries. This is a space for growth and healing. We do not shame or judge others for their experiences or choices. Instead, we commit to curiosity, active listening, and compassion. Each person is responsible for their own actions, words, and impact. If harm is caused, accountability and repair are encouraged. Everyone has one chance to take responsibility, learn, and grow before further action is taken. Coaching is not therapy or medical care. Each individual is responsible for their own decisions and well-being. Coaching may be discontinued if agreements are violated. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Shared spaces, both physical and online, must be respected. No spamming, excessive self-promotion, or disruptive behavior. This space prioritizes rest, connection, and accessibility. Bullying, harassment, or manipulation will not be tolerated. If harm occurs, the individual will be given one opportunity to take accountability and work toward repair before further action is taken. This space operates based on capacity, meaning either party may cancel at any time as needed. Refund policies will be clearly stated per offering. No-shows for community events may affect future participation. These agreements may be updated to reflect the evolving needs of the community. Continued engagement signifies acceptance of any changes. By participating in this space, you agree to uphold these community agreements.
