These one-time 75 minute, 1:1 ADHD Coaching Intensives are designed for folx looking for one-time support. In these sessions with Lisa (she/her) you can go over the following: - Understanding the basics of ADHD and ND - Understanding the areas on your life that ADHD/ND impact you the most (both positively and negatively) - Navigating how your brain can work the most optimally - Set goals - Leave with tools and action plan for next steps - 1 week of DM support
