Disclosure

Please read the following disclosure for information purposes before working with your coach or therapist.

Note that coaching and coaching group programs are not a substitute for therapy and/or medical advice. While our coaches are not therapists or medical professionals, they are all well equipped with training, life experience and ongoing education. Our coaches very good at what they do and I always coach to the best of their ability and power.

Results will vary with each client. The relationship that is formed between coach/therapist and client will help you on your journey in the best way possible. Results are not dependent on the coaching or therapy alone. When booking with your coach or therapist, you agree to show up and do the work to the best of your ability (knowing that this could vary session to session). We also recognize that you may need certain accommodations and are more than happy to help you feel safe, held, heard and validated.

Your coach/therapist will also show up to the best of their ability to help you achieve the results you are striving to work towards.

Terms of Service

The following Terms of Service Agreement outlines the permeameters while working together. Once payment has been received you automatically agree to the below terms while working together.

Late Arrival & Cancellation Notice:

We absolutely understand that things come up and sometimes we all run behind.

​

If a session needs to be cancelled, please inform us 48 hours before the session start time.  That being said, we are all human beings and things come up! If there is a personal emergency or do not have capacity for a session, please get in touch with Nicole, our admin assistant and she will work with you to find a new time.

​

Our team is made up of humans living with Neurodivergence.  As such, there will be times that we feel as though we are not able to show up as the best versions of ourselves. If this happens, we will let you know ASAP and work with you to reschedule.

Payments

Payment are to be made BEFORE you attend your session. Unfortunately, we have had many invoices go unpaid, so for 2023, we are requiring you are paid in full before you meet with your coach/therapist.

 

If you require a payment plan please reach out to arrange and an invoice will be created. 

​

Again, we are all Neurodivergent, so understand that things get missed, so we will send you a reminder to pay your invoice 24 hours before your session. 

​

If more than two invoices go past the due date unpaid, your contract will be terminated.

​

All paid sessions and programs are NON-REFUNDABLE or TRANSFERABLE. 

 

Confidentiality

All sessions are completely confidential unless we fear for your safety or the safety of others (i.e regular mention of suicide, self-harm or harming others). Unless agreed upon, your information will not be shared between team members.
