Diana (she/her, ADHD, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ Ally) is a Neuroaffirming Therapist and a thriver from different forms of abuse. Diana has worn many many “hats” throughout her 65+ trips around the sun. After teaching for 30+ years, she went back to university at 60 to become a psychotherapist. and now has a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology.
Adolescents with ADHD, and their parents in educating the family to gain a better understanding of ADHD, and co-constructing effective strategies to help individuals live their best life for them.
Individuals struggling with substance abuse, and helping the people who love them.
