Our goal for you with this mood tracker is to help you better understand the ebbs and flows of what you're feeling.
I (Lisa) like to fill this out in the morning and spend a few moments reflecting on what has contributed to my mood (and jot it down in the notes). Then, at the end of the week, spend some time reflecting on any patterns I notice.
This is particularly important for Neurodivergent folks as we don't always recognize what is contributing to our burnout.
PLEASE NOTE: These guides take time and energy. While $1 may seem like a meaningless amount, to me, it makes all the difference and allows me to continue to provide accessible resources to folks of all walk of life.
