Cancellation Policy

Deposit & Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required upon registration to secure your spot in the retreat. Full payment for the retreat is required no later than one month before the retreat start date, unless a different arrangement has been discussed and approved in advance. For those opting for a payment plan, specific payment terms will be provided and must be adhered to. Facilitator Disclaimer: Retreat facilitators are not licensed therapists, nor do we claim to be. The retreat is designed to provide a safe space for rest, relaxation, and connection. Waiver Requirement: All participants are required to sign a waiver prior to attending the retreat. If the waiver is not provided by the retreat date, you will not be allowed to attend the retreat, and no refunds will be issued. Cancellation & Refund Policy: The $100 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made more than one month prior to the retreat may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within one month of the retreat date are non-refundable unless an alternate arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. If you are on a payment plan, any payments made are non-refundable within one month of the retreat. Transfer Policy: If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may transfer your spot to another participant, subject to approval. Transfers must be requested in writing at least two weeks before the retreat. Health & Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during the retreat. Please inform us of any medical conditions or accessibility needs in advance so we can make appropriate accommodations. Participation Agreement: By signing up for the retreat, you agree to engage in the activities at your own discretion and comfort level. Any personal belongings brought to the retreat are the responsibility of the participant.
